Recently, VlDAA Smart TV operating system has been officially recognized as the fastest TV OS on the market, according to a rigorous benchmark report conducted by WEKA MEDIA PUBLISHING GmbH, a leading independent testing and publishing institution in Germany.

WEKA MEDIA PUBLISHING GmbH is publisher of Connect magazine, one of Europe’s consumer electronics (CE) publications. Their in-house Testlab has been a benchmark authority in the CE industry for decades, known for its precise, repeatable methodology and use of professional-grade instrumentation. To ensure fairness, the test was conducted using devices purchased independently through a major German online store, under consistent environmental conditions and professional-grade timing equipment, including high-speed cameras and frame-accurate analysis tools.

The comprehensive evaluation measured the responsiveness of five leading TV operating systems across 11 everyday tasks-ranging from cold app launches to voice searches, HDMI switching, OTT channel skipping, and WiFi scanning. VIDAA delivered the fastest response times in 7 out of the 11 categories and earned the highest overall score, with an outstanding 89% performance rating.
