760-Ton Hisense VRF System to Elevate Cooling Standards at Finlay Siraj Center — Tripartite Agreement Signed.

A significant advancement in modern cooling technology has been marked in Bangladesh’s HVAC sector. Hisense Bangladesh,  Finlay Properties Limited and Fair Distribution Limited have signed a tripartite agreement to install a 760-ton capacity Hisense VRF Central Air Conditioning System at the premium shopping mall project, Finlay Siraj Center, located in Chattogram.

According to the agreement, Fair Distribution Limited will be responsible for supplying and implementing Hisense's advanced energy-efficient VRF systems.

Mr. Mofakkherul Islam Khasru, Managing Director of Finlay Properties Limited, stated:

“We have chosen Hisense technology to ensure the highest-quality and environmentally friendly cooling system. This solution will save electricity while providing customers with a more comfortable environment.”

Mr. Mohammed Mesbah Uddin, Chief Marketing Officer of Fair Group, said:

“This project marks a major step in our joint effort to build smart and sustainable infrastructure. Hisense VRF technology will set a new standard for modern cooling solutions in Bangladesh.”

The agreement signing event was attended by Mr. Al Imran, VRF Sales Manager of Hisense Bangladesh, Mr. Md. Osman Gani Pavel, Head of HVAC System at Fair Group, along with other officials from both organizations.

Industry representatives expressed hope that this partnership will set a new benchmark for smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable cooling solutions in Bangladesh’s rapidly expanding commercial infrastructure sector.
